the veggie packs are very good,but the meats are a little bland , but the end results are your going to lose the weight. and that's what its all about.

A LIFESAVER for cooking/feeding elderly…
A LIFESAVER for cooking/feeding elderly family members! Food is not only delicious but the portion control is great for my parents. Since they are of the generation of meat (no sauce), potatoes and veggies....it's easy to fix a spud, whip up a salad or sliced tomatoes and voila! dinner is served. Although I also utilize Home Chef, what makes Personal Trainer Food rise above is the ability to quickly fix mom a 'beef' or 'pork' dinner and dad 'chicken'.

Excellent, Easy and convenient
Easy form of meal prepping that I have ever found! This program gets me back on track everytime and the food is delicious!!

The food is always delicious and fresh
The food is always delicious and fresh. Dieting and eating these meals make everything so much easier when the food has awesome flavor. With the huge selection of veggies and meats I've ordered my meal plan is like a grab bag 🤭 because I know whatever I grab will taste great.

I love this program
I love this program. It seems that the egg and canadian bacon breakfast was subbed in. I am not a fan which is why I didn't order it in the first place. I tried it once, still not a fan, but now have 3 or 4 of them that I keep pushing to the back of my freezer. Would love a sub of Farmhouse Omelet and Maple Sausage to be sent out to me.

Awesome customer sevice
My personal trainer food order was "lost" by the shipping company. When I called PTF they immediately sent out another box whick arrived in 2 days--still frozen and fresh. The original order did eventually show up thawed. When I called I was instructed to throw out the thawed box with no questions asked. That is awesome customer service!

Great tasting food
Great tasting food! Easy to prepare. Good combination of proteins and vegetables. Makes me a much more disciplined eater. Love the new egg bites.

Definitely not Personal Trainer Foods…
Definitely not Personal Trainer Foods problem other than their choice of delivery agents. FedEx failed miserably on their first attempt at delivery in that it was 3 days late and completely thawed by the time I received it. I'm currently sitting at home waiting for the 2nd attempted delivery and it's already 2 days late. What do you think? Will the food still be frozen? Right!
