Good quality, fast, cost effective
The food is quick, fresh, delicious, and cost effective. Sometimes I get a little bored of the meals but they have added some innovation over time. Quality is consistently great and the food is always delivered on time or ahead of schedule. Wish there was a recycling program or an easier way to get rid of the box and the big styrofoam pieces.

Good Food. Process needs work.
I've ordered many times. The food has great taste and is healthy. Always shows up next business day. (Tuesday if ordered on weekends) Negatives: Food pictures are too small to figure out when selecting various foods for your order. Non-deal prices have gotten ridiculous. Used to be much less, closer to current sale prices. Now the prices are practically double the on-sale price and the sale discounts keep going up with the price hikes. It's very annoying and it's to the point that it's not worth buying unless what you want is in fact on sale.

Proteins didn't taste good... like poor hotel food. Will not buy again or recommend to other people
First of all, the food tasted like what we had at a 2 star hotel. The chicken is over marinated, turkey meatballs had a lot of fat in it, and tasted like highly processed food.The veggies are OK. Second, the packaging is a disaster. Huge amount of plastic packaging for individual servings, and all the plastic packages are not recyclable. Some of the packages were broken during the transportation. Last, the e-newsletters were good to keep people motivated. I did not follow the plan, because all the proteins did not taste good. I have to through them away. Waste of money.

Love the food
Love the food. Customer service is excellent. I usually just buy the protein because I can buy my own vegetables. A little expensive but with the coupons they give and the convenience, to me, it's worth it. I do find I spend less money at the grocery store so that helps make up for the cost. Plus, when I follow their plan it's the best weight loss plan for me.
