The food is very tasty, but seems rather high in sodium. No ingredients are provided, so I have to trust that they are using quality ingredients.

Over the years that my wife and I have purchased Personal Trainer Food, this company has grown. Their website has improved making it easier to look at an order and allow changes if necessary. Their customer service is outstanding. We love the food, and also the convenience of having the food available when our lives are hectic or we just don't feeling like cooking. We are retired, and the price of the food has gone up at times, but they run great sales on the food and offer a loyalty program for returning customers. We love Personal Trainer Food, and hope to be able to purchase it for years to come!!!

Food variety is great. Only a few things I haven’t enjoyed at this point. What I would like to see is an option to ship one order in intervals. I did 28 days and of course it took up the entire freezer but not everyone in my household is on this plan.
