My shipment came 2 days late. I opened the box and all the dry ice was melted. Some of the packets of vegetables were so squished they opened and they scattered all over the box. The food is terrible. The vegetables could have been bought in price club for about a sixteenth if the cost I’m glad I only did a one time shipment. I would never order from them again. Very bad experience.

I love PTF and have reordered food several times. The taste for most selections are excellent. The variety of selection is good as well. People often comment on the wonderful smell of the food and it has a taste to go along with it. There is some inconsistency with portion from size but it's not a big deal. The only other criticism I have is that there are some selections that seem to get soggy easily. For me, it's the grilled chicken strips and the single squash and zucchini. The mixed varieties that contain these two don't seem to have the same issue but this doesn't deter me from being a PTF customer. I'll continue to use this food as part of my overall healthy eating plan. The convenience alone is great even once I hit my goal weight!

The food is EXCEPTIONALLY tasty and the portions are reasonable. I have only tried it for two weeks, but I've already lost 5 pounds!!

I really liked all the different food options and the fact that the meals do not taste like your regular packaged frozen dinner from the store. The meats are juicy and the veggies are crisp. So happy I tried these meals!

Excellent customer service, good product; wasteful packaging that is hard to get rid of. This product works - you will lose weight.

The biggest advantage of this program is that it takes the guesswork out of eating well. The food is great and easily prepared in very little time. It makes it easy to build the habits of eating well.

I like the fact that the food is portioned for weight loss. No measuring or logging in what you ate. Heat and eat. The food is good tasting no additives or chemicals.
