I LOVE Personal Trainer Food. It tastes delicious and it's convenient. After working a long day, it makes my life so much easier to come home and put the food in the microwave and my family LOVES IT! It encourages healthy eating and healthy portions. I highly recommend!

I am getting tired of eating the same food over and over but this program works well for me as I don't like to cook very much and appreciate the efficiency of getting my hot meals in 3 1/2 minutes. I especially like the chicken teriyaki and the bar-b-que meats and would order only those 2 if I could. Unfortunately, I can only order 5 of any one meat. The program works but as I am a senior, I could do without the cheerleading from Nikki.

No problems ordering. I can usually get a discount code which makes the food affordable for me. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

I hate to give this review; however, I am so disappointed with no customer service. I've emailed twice about my food arriving when it wasn't supposed to and then left by Fed-Ex in the sun when a covered porch was less then 10 feet away. At least half of my meals had thawed and now taste like rubber. I really wish PTF had some type of customer service response by email. What food wasn't thawed has been good. I would have appreciated some type of response.
