The food is good and so is the support. I have made multiple orders over time because the meal prep is so convenient that it works even when you're not trying to lose weight.

Meat and vegetables every day at work! It's not just good and good for you, it's convenient to carry daily. I've reduced my order to 28 meals (56 packages) because I work 2nd shift, so 1 meal a day at dinner. The selections are really good and they change every day... ready in 2.5 minutes in a microwave at work. WIN!

Great food - love it. The special deals they run frequently also make it a really good value. It's a little pricey if you pay full price - so wait for the promos.

The food comes expeditiously. The food does not look like much, but it tastes incredible.

Food is tasty. Delivery quick and easy. Did not give 5 stars as some of the squash medallions started to turn after only week in freezer. The rest of food has held up well.

Food has changed since slightly since the first time I had tried personal trainer food. The bags do not help microwave the food thoroughly. The time instructions are useful but it almost seems like it is not enough time. And the bags end up expanding and popping open, so I don't know if that's what its supposed to do but some of the vegetables don't get heated while others are overly heated. Same with the breakfast. I did not like the pudding/shakes. It was difficult thoroughl mixing the powder and the powder would clump up on the spoon or insider the blender becoming like a sludge. I still like the company though and the foods taste way better than other products.
