Did this program many times over the years. Started off very well but last time I tried I stopped it was the quality of the food packaging (food would be opened in the new box because plastic bag is so flimsy and not air sealed) and especially the melted delivery condition. I gave them another try but order came semi melted, next order was melted and I didn't accept they sent replacement a week later. It arrived in the worse shape I have seen yet. Canceled. They aren't given 1 star because the process to order and change menu is great, food when properly frozen during transport was good, service center was polite and helpful, and they refunded my money immediately. I hope they figure out the packagaing and transport becsaue I would go back.
