Works good for me and I’m loosing weight !

The customer service is 5 stars -- excellent. The reason I only give 3 stars, though, is that twice now when the delivery has arrived the dry ice has been gone and the food, while still "cold," not necessarily still thoroughly frozen.

Several years ago I started the REV program and found complete healthy weight loss when I followed it strictly going from a size 12-14 to a size 2. In ensuing years I Iet go of the what I had learned on the program and travelled to culinary stellar cities and decided not to follow what I had learned from PTF. A few months ago I knew I needed to get back to PTF, and I am very grateful for the good customer support from the counsellors at PTF. I am also happy to have tasted the new food selections which are very satisfying. PTF is my answer.

I don't like being "locked in" to the subscription. Would like to be able to order specific foods at anytime. The past two orders have not arrived completely frozen, so I'm concerned. Also the price is very high. The food is good when you first start the program, but as with most diet programs, is gets stale and boring the longer you're on it.

This plan really works!

PTF IS AMAZING. It has the fastest delivery, it’s so easy to order, the food is PERFECT, and you can’t get 28 days worth of food anywhere else for a cheaper price. They are always offering discounts, coming out with new foods, and the people who work there are so helpful. I used PTF for weight loss at first, but since I enjoy the food so much I order from them monthly. You can’t even go to the grocery store and get 28 days worth of food for what PTF charges, plus the food is super healthy. I’ve got all my friends and family doing PTF and they love it! PTF IS THE BEST.

Good tasting food. Portions are perfect.
