The ornament was shipped quickly. I did not realize it would be only about 3/8" thick and unpainted on the back side. Anyway, it is a very cute ornament and quite appropriate for this year.

I have been ordering personalized ornaments for my grandchildren from this company for years. The products are always beautiful, the personalization is done as I would like, and a couple times I have made mistakes that I did not realize until after I put in the order-they were wonderful in those situations! I contacted them right away and they were able to correct MY mistake! They work quickly and the ornaments I have ordered have always been dielivered promptly. I highly recommend this company.

Came as designed, however, two of the four arrived with big paint chips out of them that weren’t to be found in the box. They were well wrapped too, so it doesn’t feel like a shipping flaw! Very disappointed for the price we pay, they should arrive perfect!
