I have been using this site for years. They have never rejected any special request I've made. They just make it happen. I would recommend this site to anyone. ITS THE GREATEST.

Personalized Free is the best! I have been ordering their beautiful and beautifully inscribed ornaments for 20+ years and they are the best. I've never been disappointed and they are wonderful people who interact personally with you, should there ever be an issue. They are amazing! I have loved ordering from them and will continue to order from this fabulous company! Thank you PersonalizedFree!

Easy to order, quick response and delivery and beautiful craftsmanship and quality. We love it.

I can not leave a review because I have not received my order. Last update was Feb 1, it's Feb 5. Not personalized free error, the shipping provider has no info.

I love the ornament! It is perfect! It arrived so quickly and I was thrilled to have it on my tree. Thank you!

I order from here every year as I am a very please with how big the ornaments are and how I can ask them to do something special on them and they do! The turnaround time is really fast as well.

I've ordered ornaments for my childern (now 24 & 29) every year and Personalized Free always delivers a well packaged, quality ornament. They have unique ornaments and will help you via email or phone. In fact, I have received a phone call to verify placement of text in the past! A quality company!

Fast efficient service! Quality products! My “GO TO” for personalized ornaments!
