Wish I could give this company/site zero stars (and also wish I had looked up reviews before engaging with them as well). Marketed as a "free" enneagram test, but after a lengthy questionnaire, had to pay a modest amount for a 7-day trial to see results. They also make it difficult to find how to unsubscribe / cancel the service (there is NO account page or menu on the main site); eventually found a link in one of the original emails, but by then, I had missed the cancellation deadline by a day. When I reached out to support, they said there was nothing they could do (BS) and that I was stuck with the account for the next two months.

The only psychology used here is to get unsuspecting customers to let down their guard and open their wallet. Nice pictures and a well designed site trick you into thinking that the content is valuable. It is really a trap designed to separate you from your hard earned money.

Payant on passe 20 minutes a faire leur test pour qu’il nous annonce une fois fini qu’il faut passer a la caisse pour avoir les résultats honteux et une perte de temps ne vous faite pas avoir par c’est escroc

Ce site est malhonnête : il n'indique nulle part au départ du test que le test est payant et après 20min à répondre à des questions sur soi, il demande de payer pour voir les résultat. C'est de la manipulation et c'est très désagréable. Je n'ai évidemment pas payé car je ne cautionne pas ces méthodes.

Pésimo. No advierten que sus test son de pago y te tienen perdiendo el tiempo como 20 minutos después de completar toda esa pila y pila de preguntas para después mandarte a un checkout. Simplemente una falta de respeto nefasta al usuario.

Ze adverteren op Google met gratis test. Na 20 minuten vragen invullen moet je minimaal 20 euro betalen voor je profiel. Misleidende leugenaars! Opzouten!

Gerne null Punkte. Man nimmt sich viel Zeit für den Test und soll dann viel Geld bezahlen. Abzocke
