this company is a ripoff. They advertise some very cheap product and upon reading the fine print, there is never any mention on further payments or any trial period of whatever, but then they charge your credit card without your knowledge, for some subscription you never asked for and was nowhere to be found in the fine print in the first place. People....this is absolutely not how company should build thrust and it is not how it's supposed to sell products that BY THE WAY, are mental health products. This is unprofessional to its very core.

$20 for an automated result on a test? Yeah, not happening. Also wish I could give 0⭐️for the fact that the fee isn’t mentioned until after you’ve spent 15 mins on the test

They should be upfront about payments etc "Immoral" is a word i might use when referring to Personality Lab.

Going through a lengthy survey only to be asked a hefty payment in the end. Immoral.
