I paid $1.95 for a test and then they have been charging me $29.95 each month without telling me. Lets see if I ever get a refund from them

I was charged for a "book" I didn't approve of. I paid $1.98 for a 7 day trial, and then they charged me $11.96 that same time for the book I didn't want or order. I am working with PayPal to get a refund. It is not the amount of money they stole from me, it is the principle. So unethical.

Det i gør er at stjæle. I informere ikke. I hæver bare penge på min konto hver måned. Man slipper aldrig fra jer. I udgiver jer som hjælpere; men er blot simple tyveknægte. Se at få mine penge tilbage på min konto NU!

I confirm the experience of other users on this platform. I paid for an online Jungian personality test for fun, and one week later, they charged my credit card once more, double the initial amount (CAD 42,44). Who would take a personality test and think there would be recurring costs? As soon as I saw the email indicating the transaction, I canceled my subscription and contacted my financial institution via their internal messaging (this is the procedure on their website) while the transaction was still pending. Visa Desjardins simply callously washed their hand and said there was an issue with the transaction. I contacted them by telephone one week later, and they still refused to recognize the transaction as illegitimate. In the end, I had to pay ridiculously high fees for which should be a fun personality test online as I am struggling to find a job post-graduation in the midst of a trade-war with our number one ally and trade-partner, the U.S.
