Unexpected Fee
I did not choose to pay for the results. My time was wasted in taking the assessment because I had no idea that there’d be a charge to receive what I typed as. Had I known that there was a fee, I would not have done the assessment, Please let your customers know that there will be a fee if they want to get their results or perhaps even give the results at no charge and simply charge a fee if they’d like to learn strategies in using the information they’ve learned about their personality type to their advantage in life. I was really hoping to recommend your assessment to my son. I am adept in typing people through the use of cognitive functions and wanted to see if your test was a good online assessment based on my own knowledge of typing people. Hopefully this information will be of help to Personality Lab.
