The order processing is fairly easy and you have many options to choose from. Once given a confirmation, you're also updated with shipping information and even updated when the product is out for delivery. It is very good quality and I will be ordering from them on a regular basis.

The description of the product I bought was misleading and vague, so when I got the shirt, I was unhappy with it and messaged customer service for a return or a refund (I would’ve been happy paying for shipping and everything) but the representative who spoke with me was extremely rude and condescending. They refused to provide accurate information about a refund, pass me up to a supervisor, or even a different representative. They were highly passive aggressive so I had to resort to disputing my credit card charge since the company itself would not even try to resolve the issue. They also decided to remove my honest review of the product from their website since it was not 5 stars.

First I read the reviews online and was a little worried… however I had absolutely no issues with them. My products came on time just how I personalized them!! My husband was happy with his boxers I purchased and the picture of me came out great. Better then I thought they would… husband says they are the most comfortable pair he owns. Will be buying from them again.
