My potholders are a cute idea. All but one looks like I hoped, fun gift. My problem was with the turn around time to get my order. Be sure and plan on a 3-4 week wait to get your items. Also the potholder material is pretty cheap.

Got my Christmas gift delivered after Christmas, product wasn’t made when I emailed asking to cancel purchase and get a refund. Received an email with a negative response and product was shipped to my address after asking to cancel it. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and do not recommended to anyone.

Hi Mariana, on behalf of the Personal Fury team, we sincerely apologize that you had an unpleasant experience with our store. Your order could not be cancelled because your order had already been shipped at that time and you could not ask for a cancellation after 8 days when our policies only allow up to 24 hours after orders being placed.

Have no idea if or when shipment was delivered…

Bought from here twice now - both times t-shirts. Really good quality prints - I have washed the tops many times and the print has not peeled or cracked in the slightest. Really easy to personalise and order. Shipping to UK as well was surprisingly quick!

I was looking for a special ornament for Wes, the Miniature Poodle we adopted in February 2024. He had been surrendered at age 5 from a puppy mill. I saw the "My First Christmas in my Forever Home " and knew it was perfect. Personization and ordering were easy, and the company updated me regularly. When the actual ornament came and I posted it on my FB page, several friends asked me for the website, saying it was perfect for them and their rescue friends.
