It would be really helpful for budgeting purposes if we could also include monthly recurring bills.

Overall not a bad service but would be infinitely more helpful if they would actually sync to my bank accounts and mortgage company.

I have been using Personal Capital for a long time and I have loved it. But the app seems to be aging now. No major features/changes in a long time. The UI has remained more or less the same. And with so many new apps with more and more features and much better UI popping up, I am inclined towards trying new options.

This is a great program for tracking trends with net worth and investments. The budgeting features are not as good as Mint.com. They have a very limited list of categories and you cannot create new ones. I also wish manual accounts could be listed as investments instead of only being able to list them as "assets"

I enjoy using Personal Capital as one of my finance amalgamation tools, however as of late the customer service response time to correct issues has been very slow. I have had an account that won't link and has been being worked on since before Christmas. I don't use or open the app as frequently because this issue still remains unresolved. Great app but needs work and customer service needs to respond quickly to remediate issues within in the app.
