Ok, nothing great
Not very aesthetically pleasing. A lot of accounts won't connect that do on mint.com.

IT depends on what you are looking for. I'm looking for a Quicken replacement. This is not an adequate Quicken replacement.

don't support my bank and the accounts that they do support. when I try to line them, they wont. personal capital says they see the problem and its on their end and they will fix it. been about 3 months and still not fixed

Still didn't get my Amazon gift card for signing up (seems to make weeks for processing things at personal capital) and can't add my Wealthsimple account. Also wish I could add cryptocurrency balances.

It's been easy to sync my investment and mortgage accounts, but near impossible to keep my BECU accounts synced. There seems to be a miscommunication between BECU and personal cap. Hoping it improves and I'll be able to leave a better review soon.

They do a lot of background work to make sure all the accounts are synced correctly. But there is a lot of functionality that the community has wanted for a while that never seems to get implemented. These changes are just basic accounting that should be part of the platform. An easy example is the inability to split up a mortgage payment between the expense (interest) and the liability (principle) accounts. I'm unaware of any other budget/accounting software platforms that doesn't let you do this. After typing that last sentence, I'm realizing how big of an issue this is and changing it from 3 stars to 2 stars :(

Great functionality, though the transactions labels are a bit limited. I really enjoyed using it to track finances at first, but I've run into a snag where one of my bank accounts isn't updating on the site and throwing off a lot of the useful tracking elements on the site. I contacted customer support, they said the problem was on their end, and they'd resolve it shortly. It now has been a month since the account in question updated properly. I've contacted them in the interim, but they assure me it's something they're working on, and I should check back soon, but I'm definitely losing patience and have started looking for other services to use.

It does not sync with many of my accounts and it only tracks spending accounts. I also want to track investments all in 1 app.
