This is a great app. Very user-friendly and intuitive.

I first used Personal Capital for just the free app functions, which has been fantastic. A few weeks after plugging in most of my investments I was contacted on a few occasions via email offering more comprehensive and personalized management services. I delayed returning the calls until I got completely fed up with my Ameriprise Financial Advisor, who I have know since grade school. Turns out after some digging that Ameriprise had me invested in multiple funds with the highest management fees and soon after questioning my advisor on this I learned that he was getting commission from many of these funds he was recommending - So much for being a fiduciary. On top of all of this, without my knowledge, he transferred a few of my accounts to brokerage accounts, which he was charging me a 1% management fee, on top of the other maintenance fees and other mutual fund account and transaction fees. The personal Capital app displayed all the fees I was paying, which, in all fairness were available but were intricately buried in all the fund statements I would get - and most of us discard. I transferred all my accounts over to Personal Capital, where there is absolutely NO hidden fees or any additional transaction fees. I Have been absolutely thrilled with their knowledge, personal attention and sense of urgency in handling my accounts. I highly recommend Personal Capital. Chris Daniels was instrumental in explaining their services and the benefits they provide and JJ Lester knows his stuff and what it takes to set yourself up with a successful retirement. He is a great asset to the company. In my opinion, Personal Capital is what the future of ALL wealth management companies will eventually look like if they want to survive.

Let me get straight to the point. There are many other similar software out there that perform similar services as Personal Capital. I had ysed a vast variety of them, and I can assure you that Personal Capital is the best. Detailed analysis and very rare syncing errors. Other software are plagued with bugs and syncing issue and has no detailed transaction for each account like Personal Capital. Just download and use it. You’ll see how easy and convienient Personal Capital is. I highly recommend it.

Seriously SO impressed with Personal Capital, it is so helpful to see everything in one place and at-a-glance see where I am in relation to my personal financial goals!

Really like that PC is able to connect with the most diverse pool of financial institutions. The best selection by far compared to competitors. I use PC to track my networth and investments.
