I wish I could love it like everyone else. My accounts keep being disconnected and I have to reverify almost daily which is quiet taxing. One of my bank accounts refused to connect which is a glitch from personal capital. Reached out but its been over 3months and no one has gotten back to me. I kept asking them if they are solving it as there was no communication from their side. Food concept I just wish it would work for me.

Mr. Cooper for our mortgage does not work, through the other items do. It has now been 4 plus months of this issue with no positive movement. They don't seem like a motivated customer friendly company.

Have not resloved issue with my bank in over a month.

When I linked accounts in Ameritrade, Personal Capital double counted them, reporting a 60% phony increase in liquid assets. They refuse to even discuss or open a trouble ticket. I've noticed other glitches. All they want to do is push their for-fee advisory service.

I was expecting the options to put in investment goals and develop a stronger savings plan.

The app still needs a lot of work. Specifically when linking banks and investments. They take too long to relink. With Robinhood it takes about 10 minutes to link every few days. With Inuit Mint finance app it's just seconds and uses my iPhone to put in the SMS pin for me for a fast login. This app needs a lot more work.

Continuous errors with adding accounts. Good interface, though. "Log on to the third party website and come back to Personal Capital." OK. Done. "Error updating your account. Please log on to the third party website and come back to Personal Capital." Repeat 10 times and never add your account. Thanks.

The overall look/feel of how Personal Capital tracks and manages your finances, in particular your investments, is second to none. It's quick to retrieve data from your accounts, and seems to generally work pretty good. However, if you run into an issue with an account loading data, or anything really, your on your own. Probably the worst customer service on the face of the earth. I've never gotten a resolution for any issues I've had with the software, and some of it is very basic stuff. I have an account that I can't even delete on my own, and can't get a response from CS after 2 months of requests/complaints. Also, don't plan on using this as a budgeting software. Mint is lightyear's better for that.
