Very disappointed with Perry Ellis. I entered my apartment address correctly, including the unit letter, and have no issues receiving deliveries from Amazon, Walmart, Target, or TikTok Shop. FedEx said they needed additional delivery instructions after three attempts, but Perry Ellis would not authorize any address correction. FedEx also told me the unit letter was omitted from the shipping label. Despite knowing the package cannot be delivered and that I never received it, Perry Ellis says I must wait for it to be returned before they will issue a refund. Poor customer service and no effort to resolve a problem that could have been easily fixed. Save yourself the hassle—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Next time I’ll just order one of the Amazon knockoffs; they’re cheaper and apparently much less hassle.

My first time ordering from Perry Ellis in several years. I ordered a textured ribbed shirt in large. Instead, they sent me a small. Obviously I had to send this back. But instead of giving me a full refund, including shipping, They just gave me credit for the purchase of the item only. Therefore I was penalized $12 in shipping for something that was their mistake. Now I have to find a Federal Express location to drop off my item. Not happy. Will not be ordering from Perry Ellis ever again.
