Issue with receiving a refund but it was corrected

I like how the site shows only the items in your size once you go through the sizing charts. Easy to navigate and the photos show everything you would want to know about the product. Everything is made with a designer's detail in mind.

Items I purchased stated shipped next business day , this was not the case they did not ship until a week later after receiving numerous emails with contradictory shipping info , very inadequate shipping process , 2 separate orders I made both experienced excessive shipping times .

I like to buy this brand of clothing for my husband, I even bought the shoes, they are very comfortable for him! I feel that online they have more variety of clothes than in the store which I like although it takes a little longer than usual to get home but it's worth it! The only thing I didn't like is that I made an order to change the size of the shoes and it took almost a month for my order to be processed but well, it's already here and your product is very good quality!

I'm very happy with the quality and delivery of the merchandise, but especially with the added discounts online.
