My experience with permanence skincare has been extremely disappointing and distressing. Thier products caused colossal damage to my face yet they refused to accept the products back. I also had an unwanted delivery made to my address after I had asked for it to be returned, although the company agreed to cover the return cost i paid which is 59 pounds, only 33 pounds was refunded and the entire products are yet to be refunded despite several reminders. Am now having to chase my refund through my bank and possibly a court claim.Most disturbingly, I was invited to leave a review by this company with an offer of 20 percent off, i posted an honest one star review on thier website with photographs showing my skin reaction but shockingly that review was subsequently removed. This is atrocious and confirms that all positive feedbacks on thier website may have been bought . It undermines trust in the efficacy and safety of thier products knowing that only good reviews are allowed. I strongly believe customers deserve to see both positive and negative experiences prior to purchase to make informed decisions before spending thier money. Based on my experience here, I cannot recommend this company for lack of transparency and integrity. Steer well clear if u value ur skin!!!

I bought 5 products for 171.00 on Feb 2, 2026 that only darkened my skin and made me rashy. I will never purchase again and the pills didn’t work. Buyer be warned don’t waste your money!

I have been using Permanence Skincare products since February 2024. I am thankful for the difference that their products have made with my skin. My skintone is even and my complexion is shades lighter, over my entire body, from face to feet. There are a few... very small areas, on a couple of my fingers and toes, that I seek to even a little more. Other than that, I am simply improving upon the results I've seen & maintaining my routine. I have experienced wonderful results, with their products, that typical fade creams sold by other brands, which have been around for years, could not acheive for me. It wasn't until I had already begun, to transform my life & walk away from toxic relationships with toxic people & the workplace, that I came across Permanence Skincare. Their products have been a blessing to me & my self-care, that is ongoing!

I bought the glutathione tablets and vit c was out of stock . I then found the vit c with the same ingredients by the company Codeage. When I consumed the glutathione tablets once a day I suffered severe migraines.I failed to recognize that it was the glutathione tablets that was causing it.I continued with the revive creams as well only to realize that it was kojic acid cream and I still continued because I paid a lot for the transport company to Saudi Arabia.after 3 months I was asked by physician to have An MRI for the unbearable migraines. I must say nobody will expect glutathione tablets to cause these headaches so I did not inform my physician that I was on the glutathione tablets.When I disclosed the glutathione to my physician he asked for the tablet . The tablet has something that triggers the headaches.How can u people play with peoples lives This is a company from America and FDA approval is required for medication.This company not only made me suffere büt is a scam company.Please be aware there is mercury in the contents of the creams and medications.i am disgusted that u can play w it h peoples health an FB well being

I'm actually really shocked at the bad reviews. This cream changed my life, i suffer from really bad hyperpigmentation from mosquito bites from childhood, acne scars and general discolored skin. It lightened up everything! i haven't seen my legs look clear since i was 4 years old, i'm 35 now. Even my elbows are almost the same colour as my skin for the first time ever.(they used to be very black and i'm brown skin so you can imagine how bad it looked) i use the XXL , soap exfoliator and dark spot treatment. Good luck and use the creams as directed and exfoliation is key. Thanks to the people that made it!

I can vouch for the fact that this line of products will do nothing for you. I tried them for many months and there was not an iota of difference to my skin. No brightening effect, no tightening effect. Nothing do not waste your money on these products. They are absolutely useless. You are better off using Kitchen remedies, which will have at least some benefit. These products are not cheap and they are purely gimmick with no effect on the skin. I bought many products from them, including lightning serum body lightning lotion, and many others. Save your money do not buy. Very disappointed with this product line.

Don't buy. My skin became inflamed and started tearing . In some areas I developed small bumps and my skin became thin, it reminded me of a time in a distance past 20years ago, when I used a product which I later discovered had steroids. They say their products are free of steroids. I wonder if this is true. The smell of the Even Tone smells like there is something industrial and toxic in it. Its a scam. Dishonest.

These fancy looking products barely work. I waited good 7 weeks to give the review, barely no difference. I wonder if I could get my money back? Fancy luxury containers, but does not work, is there a way to return the unused ones?
