This order will not arrive in time and…
This order will not arrive in time and I requested it to be cancelled today then all of a sudden it’s shipped. And found the exact same item on Amazon for $27 less

According to our shipping policy, in-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and most items are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing. Regarding cancellations, if a cancellation request is made more than one hour after the order is placed, the order may have already entered the fulfillment or shipping process. In this case, we’re sorry that we were unable to stop the shipment in time. Please rest assured that Perlegear is the official brand website. Even though there is a large time difference I was able to communicate via email and get prompt helpful responses from tech support. I am satisfied and highly recommend Perlgear products.

I reached out to you all for a new controller at the begging of the month and I had to call 3 times to receive any update on when I will receive it and there is still a delay for me to receive it that is unaccepted
