Received the item with one of the legs 3/4 broken. Tried to contact but email and procedure seemed like an extensive issue. Would’ve just liked to speak to someone. Sad cause I was ready to order another stand from you guys too. Just disappointed

First, it was delivered rather quickly. Second, the instructions were pretty foolproof. Third, it is exactly what I was expecting, and it looks great. I used it to replace a swivel arm attached to the desk. The only thing is I wish it were easier to adjust, i.e., tilting forward. Being used to the swivel, the rigidity is an adjustment. However, I am very happy I ordered it as it looks perfect on the antique table on which it is sitting.

Very heavy duty mount for T.V ,we bought another for the garage,love the extension and full motion so easy to put up,would highly recommend this product
