I have had a great customer service experiences with Pergolux! I ordered three pergolas in the summer for different places. So pleased with them that I decided to buy glass sliding doors to fit two of them. Had many phone conversations with Nick who was extremely helpful and patient! He Followed up with all my questions and concerns and was very polite. Needless to say I’m very happy with the product and the service 5 stars!🌟

Everthing about Pergolux great but they need to improve/correct manuals

I did not set it up yet. I will update the review after it is set up. Ordering and delivery was effortlessly. I’m storing it until the spring.

While the website is rich in content, we found it a little daunting to be assured we were configuring our pergolux correctly so entered chat -- on a SATURDAY -- and got excellent, one-on-one HUMAN assistance, reassurance and confidence. Nice to know there are people who care standing behind and helping customers with the product. We can't wait to share pics of our Pergolux soon!

The Yin of my Pergolux Sundream S3 (13x13 freestanding) experience was great. The end result was an architecturally significant and beautifully engineered addition to my backyard oasis. The Yang was a challenging assemby experience plagued by the availability of three sets of instructions: written, audio and youtube video. I found myself flipping between these multiple instructional sources leveraging tidbits of info to get the big picture. And when I had a problem, the customer service phone line was never an option as it was serviced only by a recording. To be fair, the text system of customer service was functional, but much less convenient than a quick phone call. As a very experienced DYI guy with access to a fully equipt work shop, the assemply of this pergola was a slow go. In the end it worked out well. The pergola was extremely well designed, all the parts, material and hardware are well designed and constructed of the finest materials. The finish on the aluminum structure is very high quality and was delivered without damage or cosmetic problems. I have no problem recommending the Pergolux pergola to anyone looking for an extremely well designed, high quality, beautiful and fully functional addition to their backyard needs. I would have applied Five stars had the assembly instructions been executed in a more user friendly manner.
