My order was canceled w no explanation

I ordered a cologne a couple weeks ago and still have not received my product. Seems like a long time in order to get something. I finally received my product, but the cap for the cologne bottle does not fit. Not sure where the correct cap is, but they did not send it.

Very bad experience. 1. Lack of communication from seller. Then finally after 2 emails inquiring about my order seller responded saying that I will be refunded for the reason that my payment was on hold for a long time. I can't comprehend because I paid and got my order number. My emailing the company is because I needed a tracking # because my order has been taking so long! Buyer beware!

Awful business. I never received my order no shipping info no response to multiple emails and I called too. If I could I would give a zero.

Unfortunately, Perfumesandrea did not send me my entire order, just half my order; however, they charged me the full amount. After countless attempts of contacting them via email, chat, and phone, I received NO RESPONSES from them. DO NOT do business with this company as there is a risk of not receiving your order and not getting any updates/responses to any inquiries.
