Product was on page for purchase. I purchased it and then they later canceled it and said it was out of stock.

No communication what so ever , had to call 7 days after purchase to find out my order status still processing and not shipped yet. Was informed my item will be shipped the next day and instead they refunded my purchase with no explanation why .

I've written to you via your website with no response I've asked for tracking numbers with no response still have not received the purchase

You cancelled my order with no reason. Just issued an refund and that's it.

Ordered cologne set for "MEN" was shipped a set for "WOMEN". Representative was unable to communicate in english. Had to send photos for proof of mistake they made. Had to file a claim through Paypal to get resolution. Glad I payed through Paypal. Got refund through Paypal. Never heard back from seller. I am not prejudiced in the least bit. But in order to do business nationally you should be able to communicate.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have, they were prompt to take the order and my payment , I asked for shipping confirmation and I was given a non existent tracking number for UPS. I guess my next steps are To contact BBB and my CCC. What a shame you can’t trust anyone these days!!!

I received an email that said my order is refunded but there’s been no refund.
