Ordered a bottle of cologne on 12/29. Didn’t receive an email confirmation of the order or anything at all. I started to get worried so I called a few days later, Tuesday evening. Gentleman said he would mail it out Tuesday, obviously meaning not that day but in another week. No the fastest shipping is it? Well, that day is today, and when I look at the tracking info the UPS isn’t even in possession of the package. So a week and a half later, it still hasn’t shipped yet. Never again. I’ll stick to my usual fragrance discounters after this. No idea why other people are saying the shipping is fast. Fake reviews maybe?

I placed on order on 9 December for 2 items and its status still says "Preparing shipment". This is already over a week ago and no further update! **UPDATE**: My order has been cancelled without reason. What a company! Why try to sell products that you cannot deliver? Avoid Never again! Please see their response below. You could have contacted me to confirm. You have all my details and also debited my account already. Please refund my money immediately. It took a review on Trust Pilot for you to even respond after almost 2 weeks of placing the order. You're the fraudulent company! Please refund my money immediately.

I order 2 box of gift set and only recived one and try to send email too many times but no reply so I don’t know what to do

I never received my product, I tried to contact the customer support, But no response from them either.

Horrible experience. First they advertise a 3 oz bottle of EDP Shalimar so I ordered it in time for my mother's to get it for Mother's Day. After they take the payment I call them to inquire about the delay in shipment and the guy on the phone who sounded like I woke him up from a sleep told me there were NO 3oz bottles at all. He said he would ship me TWO 1.7oz bottles instead and I would get them "by Monday". This was Saturday that I managed to get through to them after a dozen or so times of the phone ringing and no one there picking up despite it being Working Hours...Fast Forward to Monday today and it is halfway through the day and the "Tracking number" they gave me shows it still has NOT moved from the store...and the website ChatBox told me they "have no record of that Order Number"....I have not been able to have anyone in the store pick up the phone...this is a very fraudulent or very unprofessional vendor....I feel like I've been robbed of the 150.00 I've spent. I've already contact Amazon and my credit card company

Poor service and poor customer support. I ordered and paid for two bottles of perfume. However, perfumesandrea sent one. Upon my request to customer support to send the second bottle of perfume (or refund me for it), I was asked to send a photo of what went wrong. This was a ridiculous response, however, I did so - sent a photo of the one bottle of perfume received . I am still awaiting a response to my issue (and photo).
