Excelente precio, pero no doy las 5 estrellas por el tiempo de entrega

EDIT: I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. After my previous review, I messaged the contact information for a refund and at that time they sent me a tracking number which indicated that my item had been delivered to the mailbox the day before. I had called 2 days prior to inquire about shipping for my order. And if the shipping software did not notify me for some reason as I was told today, I would have hoped the person I spoke with would have provided me some information on the order. So in summary: Great product selection, competitive price, fast shipping but 1 star off for poor communication. PREVIOUS: It’s been 1 week since I ordered. Never got a tracking, never received the item. Called and spoke with someone regarding the order, still no response. Now I’m im going to have to do a chargeback through PayPal.

Shipping tracking information to be provided to the clients immediately would be helpful so we can track our orders.

Fragrance arrived, packed well, was as described on site. It would have been nice to get a more informative purchase notification; there was no information about what to expect next and when it might ship. But after a few days, got a shipping notification and then package arrived, so all's well that ends well, I guess.

It was a great experience. I got exactly what I ordered, the price was great and it was the real deal. I was a bit nervous bc the price seemed a little too good to be true, but my perfume was exactly what I ordered. I would definitely order from them again. My only issue was that they sent the perfume in a bubble wrap bag. It was wrapped in more bubble wrap before it was placed in the bubble wrap bag, so they did try to protect the shipment. But it seems a bit risky to ship perfume like that.

Great prices , easy checkout Would have liked a thank you for your order email or something Fast shippy
