I was sent the wrong perfume. I ordered a 3.3 ounce bottle of Britney Spears VIP Private Show and was sent a regular private show small bottle with body spray that I could've got in Kohl's much cheaper.

I ordered cologne for Christmas. They do not provide a tracking number or any updates on your order. I emailed them for an update and they cancel my order stating " the address is no good" but I have had no problems shipping to my address before. So if I didn't check the status of my order they probably would have never given me an update

I ordered Thierry Mugler star perfume spray bottle and instead received a bottle to refill a star bottle. I contacted the company through their website and did not receive a response but did receive an email asking to rate them. Very dissappointed.

It was my first time ordering from this site and after 5 days of waiting patiently for my tracking number I didn’t get anything and then I got a message on the fifth day saying that they have refunded me my money back without any explanation of why. Even after they refunded me they didn’t give me back the full amount. Not sure why but I’m still in the process of trying to get a hold of someone that works there to talk to. Overall bad experience and never going to order from here again.

I ordered and paid for 2 bottles of Tresor Midnight Rose Perfume by Lancôme. I paid for 2 bottles and there was only 1 Bottle in box. Please send my other Bottle.

I have bought fragrances from almost every reputable seller online. they stated as they have in previous people's reviews, something is wrong with my shipping address. but I have used it many many times via PayPal without issue. so it's either going to be out of stock or you have a wrong shipping address. don't be a fool like me read the reviews, it will happen to you. Buying fragrances online isn't always easy and can come with issues. but this company seems just fraudulent. so again don't waste your time or energy the deals aren't real anyway!

My order was canceled because they claimed my shipping address was incorrect. The correspondence I received reads as follows: Hello, thanks for your purchase. Your shipping address is incorrect, we should have canceled your order. Good Day However, this was completely untrue as they display the shipping address in the emails, and it was addressed correctly. I suspect something went amiss on their end, and they lied to cover it up. As a result, I don't trust the company, and won't buy from them in the future. In order to save yourself a headache, I don't suggest doing business with perfumesandrea.
