I have never received confirmation that my order has shipped and I have not received my product

their web developers need to discuss inventory with warehouse. Multiple times I have "bought" something only to be refunded my money because it is out of stock. Add a SQL call to the inventory tables to display Out of Stock, when the inventory count = 0

Worst experience I have ever received. All I wanted was a tracking number and I couldn’t get it and it made me feel like your site is a scam. I’m glad to be refunded but very disappointed about not being able to receive my purchase!

I ordered some perfume for my wife and it processed on 1/2/22 and I have yet to receive any tracking number or product let alone. I reached out to the company and spoke with a man and he said he sent my tracking number today and soon as I said I don't have any email from him with any tracking number he hung the phone up. I just want my order or return my money!

I have placed order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it, can someone from perfumesandrea respond and let me know the status? I have sent multiple emails to the email address provided on the website and no respond.

I ordered this cologne on 12/23/21 and they promptly processed my payment. A few days later it shows they shipped the product, but as of today 1/4/22 I still have no product or tracking info. I have reached out to the seller multiple times with zero response. I do not believe this seller to be trustworthy! Now to figure out how to get my money back.
