i ordered 3.4.but i didn't received it yet

I was sent a product I did not purchase, I purchased a particular fragrance and was sent another fragrance from the same house but that can be purchased much cheaper from other discounters. When I sent an email for assistance in a return, I was met with no reply. Very dissatisfied

so far I am giving them a 1 star. I ordered from them over a week ago, recieved a confirmation message but thats it. I wrote them asking if they are shipping it, no answer! Terrible customer service, just want tracking. I could and shoild have ordered from fragnet for 5$ more, so rediculous . order number 9596

I haven’t received my order.

I bought Ferragamo intense leather on the 3rd and hadn't heard from them till the 9th and the it was a message that I was getting refunded my money with some unintelligent writing so I called this morning and the person on the other end I could barely understand. I gave them my information so that I could find out what was going on and they said they would call me back in 15 minutes and have not heard back from them and it's the end of the day. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

My order was cancelled and refunded. The explanation for why it was refunded was unfortunately not decipherable, as it was in badly-translated English.

I'm hoping the delivery guy drops off the package in the back like the front door has posted on it so nobody can just come and take it and cause a problem without being one.

Where is my order? Like what is going on here
