We got in here thinking they have good deals on fragrances; little did we know that the staff would push us to buy a product we haven't heard of because it's got more oil content to it which is BS becuase we did our research later & turned out tht claude marsall is the company's OWN BRAND! So they're not selling any niche products to you if you think its from France - IT'S NOT! All that is part of the BS SCAM they pull. We drive 50+miles to North Bend Outlet..My friend gets home and the perfume bottle is empty! They new exactly what game they were playing..guess what..not this chick! Dispute charges with bank already, I'm posting all over getting the word out about these crooks.

The positive google reviews that the location in the Premium Outlets in Cypress are a joke and i truly believe theyre deleting the bad ones. MF WRONG I spent $500 on perfume and cologne for my anniversary that I THOUGHT was authentic, and once i checked my receipt I realized she charged us for all the samples she threw in the bag. Bum behavior. I disputed the charge with my bank and they must've conned their way out of that too because now i’m stuck paying for this BS fake perfume. I promise I will continue to post about how terrible this business is until you run me my refund!!! .

The fragrance they sold me is a fake, I know because I buy it quite often from Macy’s for my boyfriend. Macy’s didn’t have any in store which led me to go to this location in the Niagara Falls outlet. After noticing it was a fake I called the store to negotiate returning options, NOT ONLY DID THE EMPLOYEE OVER TALK ME BUT THEY ALSO HUNG UO THE PHONE TWICE. At that point we went into the store, upon arrival the employee was VERY rude and disrespectful. They pulled their cameras out to record the conversation, got even more ignorant and then called security on us ! DO NOT SHOP HERE ! PLEASE stick to the authentic fragrance store locations ei. Macy’s, Hell even online. Also, they’re reply comments are all automatic comments and not real responses from real people. I think I am going to SUE also
