Hello Cathy, We appreciate you ordering from us and also the feedback regarding your experience, and will forward this to our web manager. We have noticed that sometimes when customers have reported issues on our site, it has been due to data clutter from cookies and cache on web browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. A suggestion would be trying to clear your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward. If you ever have any questions with the ordering process please contact us via email, phone, or live chat and we will be glad to help in any way we can. We apologize and appreciate your patience, Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]
