A suggestion would be trying to clear your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward. As for our shipping speed, all in stock orders placed online before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same day they are placed (excluding weekends). We ship our orders generally by standard ground service (UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service), which can deliver to most contiguous USA locations between 2-7 business days, once your order ships. We do ship out of our warehouse in Rhode Island, and it looks like you received your delivery to the west coast in just 4 business days!
