Perform BetterReviews of performbetter.com

There customer service is spectacular. My orders always arrive very quickly. If there is a back order issue (which is very rare), they notify immediately and get me my equipment as soon as possible. I couldn't be more pleased.

Quick service and great deals!

I had to call twice while trying to place my order online. The two representatives who I spoke with were very helpful but it took them some time to figure out the answer to one of my questions. That was due to insufficient product descriptions. The other question they were able to answer right away but there is no way you would know the answer without calling them. This problem was due to an issue with ordering a product for a not-for-profit with a tax exempt number. I would imagine that they are getting a lot of school orders and would include instructions on how to order for organizations which are tax exempt.

Every Perform Better product have ever used or owned has been of the highest quality! I will always shop with Perform Better for my company's needs!

Full selection of light weight stuff for all age groups and fitness levels. Wide assortment of exercise toys for commercial or home exercise facility.

Affordable, worth it, little time spent and coming back for more!!

My personal trainer recommend Perform Better as the place to go for a good battling rope. Perform Better's price is notably higher than some vendors but notably less than others. I was uncomfortable with the idea of going somewhere else, however, as I wasn't sure the quality would be as good. Using Google I was at least able to find a current coupon code for 10% off my purchase price and free shipping.

This is the second time that I received a free shipping offer e-mail, and the second time that the shipping was not removed from my order total. The first time I had to contact them to get it, so far I have not done that for this order, but it is annoying that this extra step must be taken. Wish this promotion would just work as advertised.
