I actually enjoyed visiting the web site. It was fun and easy to use.

I was going to order 14 different items during your April "free shipping" promo and right before clocking the order button, I realized that I was STILL being charged for shipping. Then, I went back and clicked on the details button and it mentions that basically nothing of weights (bars, KB, med ball, etc) are included in the promo. Why run a promo then if all items are not included?

Usually spot on but lots of items end up back ordered and you don't find out until after purchasing.

I did a few searches on the website for bands. I was looking for the mini bands and it took me a while to find them. Sometimes the navigation through the website is a little tricky. Customer service was great. I used the online chat. They were very responsive and quick to respond. I only gave them 4 stars due to the website navigation. I am sure that once I got use to it, it would be find. I would recommend this sight to my friends

I wanted to locate a product that I had tried at my health club, couldn't quite figure it out, so called...immediate response and help was terrific. Would perhaps suggest you could improve your site with a "super duper close up" of the mats - side shot to show construction, etc.

This site was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist because I can find just what I need, things that really work, so that I can continue my therapy at home and make it a way of life so that I can be active and without pain.
