My first issue was that I spent 20 minutes to get my password figured out because the "forgot password" function wasn't supported on Google Chrome. I changed internet browsers and then it took an additional 10 minutes to wait for my password. Then the checkout function doesn't allow you to have a different shipping address and billing address. I didn't feel like trying it in another browser and entered the wrong billing address because I got fed up with trying to switch them and "add" different addresses. These two issues are ones that the user should not have to deal with in my opinion and if I didn't need this equipment I would have gone to another site.

I was able to order the roller and massager in about 10 minutes from your site--very user friendly and the checkout process was a breeze. I will order from you in the future. Thank you!
