I like what the company offers and I received a 15 % on orders placed over $79. I was looking for the equipment I use in my PT office. The one problem I had was putting in my additional discount code that was offered on the heading of my shopping form - Cl1060 or Cl1040 (Can't remember now) and I kept getting an error box - I held my shopping cart order until I could speak with a customer rep the next day. When I went into my order, my shopping cart had been deleted. I placed a new order but I was not happy to not receive the additional discount offered or pay for shipping.

Easy to navigate website and easy order process. Haven't received product yet so cannot comment on shipping speed or quality of product. Happy to do so once product arrives.

I went to the site based on an email offer I got, selected the items that I have wanted to purchase for a few months. Filled out my payment info and boom...was done. I've worked with and ordered products from Perform Better before so it was no surprise that they had the foam roller that I was looking for.

I ordered two separate items from the catalog that were to receive volume discounts of 15% and 20%. The discount was not applied and I will have to call up and complain. I hope that they can fix the web site to accurately reflect what is in the catalog.
