I've had a mix of experiences with PB. First, I took a huge hit on the shipping ($450..on a $2,500 order...ouch). I was originally quoted the $450 for shipping, which sucked, but I did it anyways...then got another e-mail saying it would be over $500. I fought that, and they were nice enough to drop it back to $450. All of the equipment came quickly and in great shape...however, one piece I ordered was on back order for 3 months. Then, when it came, it had rust on it. I spoke with another rep. from PB who said they would give me a credit on that piece of equip.... but that was only for the rack ($200...on a $1,500 set), and...the rack is NOT sold separately anyways. So....the reps are friendly and helpful, but the shipping costs and other complications that have come up leave me wondering if I will continue to do business with PB.....just undecided yet.

It was a clean and straightforward website to use. I searched for what I wanted and it popped up right away.

I have loads of uses with my higher level gymnasts. Can't wait to get them!

Lots of choices. The shopping and checkout was very easy. I've used Perform Better in the past and their products are always top quality and durable.

Too much redundancy in inputting informationion and that is annoying.

its good and bad in the sense they have the unique things I look for unfortunately the price is up there as well.

When I want to find exercise/training equipment that 'scratches my itch', this is my first stop.

For some strange reason, the website was very buggy and slow. I had to go through the website multiple times to place the items in the cart, and place the order.
