Perform BetterReviews of performbetter.com

Really love your site and products

The website worked well, as I was able to use the wish list to save the products until I was ready to purchase. Additionally, I was able to make multiple changes without fail.

I needed to re-enter the shipping address at least 4 times and it changed again. Finally got it correct.

The item I pirchased was shipped same day and to my surprise arrived the next day even though I had requested standard ground.

Easy ordering online, good prices, nice person on the telephone answered questions about a couple of the products that I ordered.

Website is extremely slow. Tried to call in order for the big Thanksgiving sale because the website was even slower than usual, but the salesperson was unaware of the sale (it had a big email marketing blitz behind it) and wanted me to trust him to enter it at full price and check it out later. He was also clueless about the products.

I have been a customer of Perform Better products for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with the delivery, and quality of the various pieces of equipment and educational resources I have received.

I have only ordered form rollers from preform better. I love this product, I have ordered it for family members and they love it as well. The price is great and the shipping is fast!
