I find the "sales" offered by Perform Better to be okay, certainly not great. Their products are generally well over-priced. But the shipping is ridiculous. I ordered a package that will be 3" x 12", and will weigh less than one pound. $18 for shipping, or 15% of my total order. That creates unhappy customers.

Charging 15% of the total order for all orders greater that $75 is extremely inflated. What I ordered was light in weight and not large in size and still I get charged an unreasonable amount instead of a normal ground shipping charge.

I consider Perform Better a leader in its field and in the fitness equipment industry. Not only do they provide independent trainers and facilities with top-notch tools, but they host various continuing education seminars throughout the year with great presenters. Their website is also very user friendly and PB understands the importance of social media - which is integrated seamlessly on their site. I plan on continuing to do business with Perform Better for quite some time as I grow as a trainer and as I build my small business.

The web page is user friendly and the equipment is reasonably priced. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Everything went just fine. I was surprised and pleased at the depth of the product line. Registering and Checkout was easy. Bravo!

I would HIGHLY recommend offering free shipping. Amazon has a step up on you with free shipping. I still use Perform Better occasionally. However, Amazon is getting a bit of your business.
