I am satisfied with ease of ordering online from you. Only question, which could not be answered because Chat is offline: why am I being charged tax? It would help if their was an explanation for the charge at the point the tax is charged.

I ordered 2 things that had free shipping when I was done and about to check out I see that there was shipping added. I had to contact the company. It was resolved but only after waiting 20 min. Time is my biggest asset, I went from 5 min order to 25 min wasted.

Great product for activating glutes, core and shoulders. I incorporate these bands into my daily workout routine and get excited when I finally snap/break one after training with it for enough time. The band typically lasts several months for me. Feels almost like a graduation gift signifying I am getting stronger and making progress.
