The site design is very, very dated, but that's not such a big deal. On the other hand, it is easily the slowest site I use, including many that run all sorts of pop ups, etc. Please speed up the site.

Had some difficulty at first as the phone number on the equipment is not accurate. Once I googled the equipment, it was easy enough to navigate the site. However, it is a little slow and clunky. With that said, it gives you good suggestions for other products while you are shopping and the site is intuitive to use. Overall, a positive experience once you actually get to the site.
