The advertisement said the shipping was free on amounts over $49 if purchased before 12/31/15. My purchased was two items for $150 made on 12/17/15. The shipping charge was ~$23, not exactly free by my definition. There was no explanation for the charge.

everything was straight forward and pretty easy. The only thing i don't like is having to resubmit my tax exempt info.

I have used PB for years for everything from Superbands, Dynamax balls, bouncing medicine balls, kettle bells, rubber flooring, Airex mats, Ab Dolly, etc. I have an extremely well-equipped basement gym thanks to Perform Better. Almost everything I have purchased has been on promotional sale prices, an added bonus as long as you are patient and can wait for sales. Very good customer service, too. Every question I have had about equipment usage has been answered in a very timely fashion.
