Good products, many overpriced, but also some average prices, and a few "steals". Like the variety of up to date exercise equipment. Had difficulty moving wishlist items into cart.

Perform Better was simple to navigate and the checkout process was fast and user-friendly. Their products are obviously great and the easy checkout process makes it even better.

Equipment is always great, but I wish shipping rates were more reasonable for heavier items.

Very easy to navigate. Information clips of products were very helpful.

I just ordered the product and I can't really give you my rating since I have not received it yet.

Always easy to use and resourceful site.

Thanks for the free shipping this time and the great equipment!

The online shopping interface was slow and often didn't acknowledge the items I put in the basket. Then once I had the basket filled, it lost my order within 5 minutes and I had to start the process over. I was also unhappy that there was a "free shipping over $49" offer, but it didn't remove the shipping (must be a "between the lines" offer). And they advertise a 10% off for NASM trainers, yet it only took off 5%.

Hi Jeri, we're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your shopping experience on performbetter.com! It's always best to sign in to your account online before beginning an order. This way the shopping cart will keep track of the items you put into it and recognize you as a customer. The Free Shipping did some have exclusions which were listed in the details. Dynamax products are excluded from Free Shipping offers. As far as our discount codes go they are not to be combined with any current offers on the website. It looks as though some of the items you ordered were already on sale therefore it would not further discount these items. We hope you enjoy the products once they arrive to you in about 3-4 business days. Please feel free to reach out to us with any further comments or concerns.
