I have had several knee surgeries and a total knee replacement, so in rehab I have had the experience of using many different bands. Perform Better bands so far outweigh any other full band or the cut and knot band many rehab centers use. Being color coded and set size you always now what you are using and with continued consistency.

I attempted repeatedly to purchase two items online, and the process stalled again and again. That was yesterday. Today went smoothly.

It took me 20 minutes to order 3 packs of green mini-bands. This is because each time I tried moving forward with the checkout process, the webpage would freeze and I had to start over a few times as well. This is not the first time this has happened.

Sent me wrong product. Could not use it. A complete waste of time and money.
