Purchased products from them, but never received. Difficult to reach anyone via phone & emails were not returned. Ended up having to file a chargeback via my credit card.

Good products. should have sales for new clients that register. More importantly I look around to see if there was any military discount and did not find any. Highly discourage due to no military support

I recently ordered 2 larger kettlebells knowing shipping is expensive for heavy iron. I was fine with the cost, I have ordered heavy KBs from Rouge and Dragon Door (RKC) they were expensive too. What is unacceptable is the packaging, one KB was not even in a box, the box was trashed and tossed next to a beat to sh!# KB at the end of my driveway. The other was still "KINDA" boxed but only cause there was 2 rolls of tape holding the box to the KB, so now I have sticky tape all over a "brand new" KB. You might think I should be blaming UPS, but when I ordered larger bells from Rouge and RKC they were packaged with twice the amount of boxes and plastic ties. Those KBs were in brand new condition, not a mark on them. I FAULT PERFORM BETTER because they are the most expensive of the 3 companies to ship and their packaging is sub par. The packaging may be ok for 24kg and under KBs but you should NOT buy larger KBs from Perform Better. This is not the only review complaining about poor shipping practices by Perform Better, seriously consider what you will be shipping and what condition it will arrive in before you order.

Great product but a little steep on the shipping charges. $64.00 order cost 42.00 to ship a distance of 26 miles.

Cheap initial price, tack on outrageous prices for shipping and Tex and ends up being $14 above listed price. No chance it is $10 to ship a flimsy rubber tube!
