The website kicked me back out of the purchase process more than once. It also takes an extraordinary amount of time to process each page and load.

Easy site to navigate.
Very easy to use website. I found what I was looking for with ease.

FMS Kit Order
My only complaint is that the site's search engine could not find Grey Cook's cable bar. However, an online chat fixed that. Jacob answered all the important question about the DVD with the kit and also a clarification that the MCS Slide Box was optional.

Website kept doubling my order
I love their products but ordering this time was very frustrating. Right after entering the shipping address I noticed that all the quantities in my order were doubled - and not by me! This happened twice. So I had to adjust the quantity for each item, and wait for the page to reload. I was about to give up. Very frustrating!!!
